Welcome to the Rodeo Online Registration Page!

As promised, we have created online registration for the Rodeo event in September to help streamline the entire process. This is a 3-step process that should take you about 15 minutes to complete.

Rodeo Registration Process Flow
The following activities should be completed from the website:

		Register/update contact information and sign-up for Rodeo activities
		Submit payment for the Rodeo Registration Fee (credit card or check)
		Reserve your room with The Greenbrier and submit payment (credit card or check)
		If applicable - submit your Rodeo foursome information from the "My Rodeo" page

After beginning the registration process, the website will generate a personalized Rodeo status page called "My Rodeo". Here is where you can view your registration progress and access next steps. The "My Rodeo" link can be accessed from any page on the website. Your email and password are required to access your personalized data (your password will be chosen by you during registration).

For those who have previously registered using our online process, your contact information will be preserved - you only need to update your data and choose those Rodeo activities you would like to sign-up up for before completing the remaining steps.

Important Reservation Reminders

• The deadline for both The Rodeo Registration (sign-up and payment) and The Greenbrier Reservation (room reservation and deposit) is August 10, 2012.
• Please refer to the Welcome Brochure for cancellation policies and other important information like the Program of Events
• Registration instructions are also available if you would like some more detailed information before proceeding

Notes:

- Completing registration assumes that you have received a physical invitation to The Rodeo. If you did not receive an invitation and would like to attend, please learn how before continuing.

- When filling out the registration form, your email address will be used as your User ID for logging in.

- Please remember to make note of your password as it is case-sensitive. A "Forgot password?" link is available from the login screen, if needed.

- Both the "Email" and the "Alt. Email" fields on the registration form will receive all confirmation email messages (many will use this Alt. address for an assistant, home account, or significant other).
